on the preparation and testing of circuits in support of the PTO and are

Management capabilities by provisioning bandwidth between AF DCGS sites to
support the specific ISR mission objectives. Ø Responsible for
ensuring all network devices are maintained in accordance with established
security policies to maintain an effective and secure DCGS. Ø Configures routers,
switches, encryption devices and all associated network devices. Ø Developed a DPOC
TSF training study guide to enhance DCGS Tier 1 and Tier 2 cyber professional

support for all issues regarding the AF DCGS Processing Exploitation
Dissemination System (PEDS) Architecture (DPA) network infrastructure
enterprise customers involving circuit outages and issues. Ø Actively monitored
DCGS network routers, switches, and encryption devices using HPOV. Responded
to outages by quickly troubleshooting using GD provided training, techniques
and testing procedures to evaluate and maintain an effective and secure DCGS
environment. Ø Properly documented
network outages using Remedy Ticketing System. Worked closely with Tier 2,
Tier 3 engineers and DPOC Supervisor to restore network services. Ø Populated and
